This comfortable holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxed break. The bright, modern interior creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the open-plan layout connecting the living room and kitchen makes it easy to spend time together as a group. After a day outdoors, the living room with flatscreen TV is the perfect place to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker, so preparing meals together is part of the holiday experience.

The home has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, making it a great choice for families with children or two couples. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and there is also a separate guest toilet. Outside, a furnished terrace invites you to linger over breakfast or enjoy a quiet evening. Free wifi is available throughout the accommodation, though signal strength may vary depending on the location within the park. Please note that the interior and exterior appearance may vary slightly between individual homes.

Ferienpark Hambachtal: your base in the German countryside

Ferienpark Hambachtal is nestled in a hilly landscape that encourages you to slow down and enjoy. The park has plenty to offer: bowling, mini golf, a games arcade and a covered indoor play paradise for the kids. Activity Planet provides additional activities for all ages, and the park restaurant with outdoor terrace is a great spot for dinner after a day of exploring. The park has a natural, sloping terrain, which means some homes and facilities are reached via steps. Please be aware that the swimming pool at Ferienpark Hambachtal is currently closed and is not expected to reopen in the near future. The sauna is no longer available. A range of other activities and recreational options can be found on and around the park.

The Porta Nigra, a remarkably well-preserved Roman gate, is well worth a visit, and the city centre has lively terraces and shops to explore. Idar-Oberstein surprises with its dramatic rocky landscape and a long tradition of gemstones and jewellery, including a church built directly into the cliff face. Saarburg is a charming small town with a waterfall running right through its historic centre, perfect for a leisurely stroll. And the Bostalsee, a nearby recreational lake, is an inviting spot for a lakeside walk or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings.
